Grant Application and Guidelines

Submission Guildelines

 All grant applications and supporting documentation must be:

  • Complete, accurate and typed
  • Submitted in PDF format
  • Merged into one single PDF file
  • Submitted online. Applications will NOT be accepted by courier requiring signature or by mail to the SAJF office
Email Guidelines:
  • Email must include the following in the subject line: SAJF Grant Application - Name of Your Organization
  • Email by September 1st to grants@sajuniorforum.org

Supporting Documentation

The following supporting documentation must be attached to each copy of the application:

  • Abstract of project proposal (4-5 lines describing need/problem to be addressed, project objectives, methods, items to fund, and expected results)
  • IRS letter ruling 501(c) (3) status
  • Certificate of General Liability Insurance
  • Most recent IRS Form 990 filing including Section A or financial audit for past fiscal year or financial statements for past two fiscal years
  • Organization’s General Operating Budget
  • Organization’s Officers and Board of Directors
  • Project Budget (itemized by cost - $2500 or less)
  • Project Timeline
  • Any additional supporting documentation
